Update dependencies. The package qr_flutter fails to follow semver and required code changes. This is part of preparation for inclusion of https://github.com/tekartik/sqflite/tree/master/sqflite_common_ffi which is incompatible with the current version constraints. We need this for increased test coverage of the db.
