Updated Swiclops role to support Traefik

Tested Swiclops UIA stages with locust loadtests & Circles app

• Added Traefik support
• Removed nginx support
• Updated service template and defaults/main.yml to follow current playbook conventions
• Updated service template with new docker network configuration
• Added default matrix_swiclops_matrix_username and matrix_swiclops_matrix_password values
• Integrated with playbook Postgres DB
• Linting changes
