Add new verifiers and use test accounts

Adds verifiers for:

• Instagram
• Twitter
• Twitch
• Minds
• Substack
• Patreon
• Websites (via DNS)
• Github

Also moves all tests over to test accounts under the name "osotnoc" or "osotnoc-corp" (the name is "contoso" backwards)
