Remove AoT compilation for SyncClient

I'm not sure I see a reason <PublishAot>true</PublishAot> is in the .csproj for SyncClient

it was added to syncserver in cac21b9d it was added to sync client in eb1ed9a1 it was removed from syncserver in 5f727a61

it also seems to be getting in the way of arm builds because AoT compilation creates a dependency on runtime.linux-arm64.Microsoft.DotNet.ILCompiler
