* Remove de_QY and fr_CH from supported subtypes
* Add de-qwerty and fr-qwertz predefined additional subtypes instead.

 * Invokes InputConnection.performeEditorAction if action is specifed
   at EditorInfo.imeOptions or actionLabel/actionId.
 * Stops using InputMethodService.sendKeyChar. Implements
   sendKeyCodePoint instead.
