Calling up setLayerType(LAYER_TYPE_HARDWARE, ..) on non-HW accelerated
devices was ending up with having a drawing cache in View that is not

- Place "ç" (U+00E7) insteand of "ñ" (U+00F1).
- Place "L·L" (L/U+00B7/L) instead of "Ŀ" (U+013F) in more keys of
  "L".

  symbols keyboard.
