Update dictionaries

en, en_GB, en_US:
Add "id" -> "I'd" whitelist entry
Reinstate "id" and "ID" in the respective dicts

fr:
Remove many words that are not French
Change "google" to "Google"

pt_BR:
Delete "idéia"
