Fixes to json output 

- booleans and numbers in SharedPreferences not quoted as strings
- removed redundant logging from KeyboardState
- json output for KeyboardId
- remove unnecessary logging of LatinImeLogger.onStartView() and PointerTracker checking keyboardlayoutchange
- fix to day-of-month part of uuid
