This change also
 * Honors the custom action label in EditorInfo.actionLabel.
 * Invokes InputConnection.performeEditorAction if action is specifed
   at EditorInfo.imeOptions or actionLabel/actionId.
 * Stops using InputMethodService.sendKeyChar. Implements
   sendKeyCodePoint instead.
