Fix more login bugs on real iPhone

Bugfix release to resolve more issues logging in on iOS devices.  This version slows down the room creation at setup time, to reduce the chance of errors in `/createRoom`.

This is the first version of the new FUTO Circles that can signup, setup, and login on real iOS devices.
