More debug info + Unsticking stuck invitations

This MR exposes more detailed info in debug mode, for use in debugging problems like sync failures or decryption errors.

It also includes new code that attempts to detect and remove stuck invitations to circle timelines. If this works well, we should do something similar for groups and photo galleries too.
