Update the "New Post" button

Charles Wright requested to merge cvwright/393-new-post-button into v1_0_6

This adds a new PillButtonStyle that kind of looks like a smaller / more flexible version of our BigBlueButtonStyle, and uses it for the "New post" button on the timelines. Now the button has a plus icon and the text "New post", making it more clear to the user what this button does.
