Make the Photo Galleries feature hidden by default

We are trying to simplify the app as much as possible. Part of this is removing any non-essential features.

This branch doesn't remove the photo galleries completely, but it does hide them by default. There is a new "Advanced" section on the "Settings" tab where they can be re-enabled (for now).
