New onboarding flow

This branch updates the signup and setup flows to be cleaner and more user friendly.

Signup

  • Ask the user before saving their passphrase into iCloud Keychain

Setup

  • Explain what a circle is before asking the user to create them
  • Let the user add and/or remove circles from the list before we create their space hierarchy
