Update UI + allow type only userName to deactivate account

  1. Hide "Individual Subscriptions" and "Family Shareable Subscriptions" if there no subscription
  2. On circle invitation screen move username to one line
  3. On invitation screen align text + remove "Accept invite and follow" label
  4. On deactivation screen align text(optional) and allow deactivate user with only his nickname and not the whole path
