Updated MatrixSDKCrypto to 0.3.13.3

Updated MatrixSDKCrypto to 0.3.13.3 (built from HEAD of matrix-rust-sdk with enabled support of msc3061).

Note: Since having to use the gitlab api for the release download link, XCode asks to authenticate with gitlab when downloading the package. However since the package release is public, it should still work if you deny authentication.

If you happen to know how to get a permalink for a release generic package that does not use the gitlab api, let me know and I can make the changes.

After merging, a new tag should also be created.
