Fix bugs on iOS and redo styling for both platforms

• Force upright orientation on all platforms
• Fix time bar occlusion and transparency
• Fix icon pixellation bug on iOS
• Fix that scrolled which weren't supposed to (ex. grid fields on add verifiers)
• Add padding to fields and add platform-dependent button styling
• Fix iOS builds and icons
• Fix delete button for account in advanced settings
• Tested and run on real iPhone
• Changed to use OS photo picker for profile photo instead of file picker
