fix delete button alignment and claim button shape

This PR b3ba1d31 caused a bunch of styling changes all over the place making a couple parts of the UI break. This is the most minimal PR to make things not look terrible namely the shape of claim buttons just being a pure circle and the delete button not being aligned correctly.
