Added prettier error messages

Gives the user a nicer error message instead of the raw HTTP response. (partly) fixes #3.

Planning on making changes to verifier server so that it passes more detailed error messages so we can tell the user exactly what's wrong (i.e. account does not exist, account does not have token, cannot connect to website to do verification etc)
