The goal is to have a TestFlight build that is stable enough that we can share it with others outside FUTO, including non-technical users, and get meaningful feedback.

All the basic stuff should work, and there should be no obvious brokenness for users to trip over. We want to get high-quality reports about issues that we don't yet know about, or high-level design ideas that we haven't yet thought about.

In other words, the app needs to be free of obvious problems, so that the next round of users can tell us about any non-obvious problems before we add subscriptions and launch 1.0 in the real App Store.
