Issues when ignoring users

There are a couple of issues/improvements regarding ignoring users:

1. Ignoring a user will not remove all posts from the user, only hide new posts. Also does not conform to spec if we are interested in following it: https://spec.matrix.org/v1.9/client-server-api/#client-behaviour-22
2. In the "Ignored Users" list, perhaps its just me, but I am not sure if it is immediately clear that you should "tap and hold" in order to un-ignore the user.
3. Un-ignoring users do not work. I cannot see new posts and the user still remains in the "Ignored users list"
