UI for knocks

Users will be able to knock on a friend's room to request access (eg #133 (closed)).

The owner of the room needs some way to:

1. Be notified that someone has knocked on their room
2. See the list of all users requesting to join, and accept/reject/ignore each one

This is very much like invitations, but sort of conceptually backwards.
