Better UI for un-decryptable messages

Sometimes something goes wrong and we can't decrypt a message. When that happens, we need a nice way to tell the user what happened.

Hopefully this will usually just serve as a placeholder while the app requests keys in the background and then decrypts the message. But in the real world sometimes things break.
