Prevent users to be able to invite/follow/connect with themselves

In all menus where you are able to invite a user to a group, invite to follow in a circle, and connect with a user, you have the ability to invite/connect with yourself. Adding yourself and attempting to send the invite will fail with no error message, but we should probably just prevent the ability to add your own user account to the invite list in the first place.
