Threaded replies appear as top-level posts

This looks like maybe a re-occurrence of #136 (closed) ?

Circles iOS is sending replies using relation type m.thread but on Android these appear as top-level posts.

We should also fix the iOS app so that it includes the reply fallback mechanism too.
